Is your recurring packet a 10-day install?

Ten yes/no questions. Score yourself. Leave email + company if you want a weekday reply.

One document or packet goes out the same shape at least weekly (quote, PO, compliance file, report).\n One named person produces it today and it eats 4+ hours a week of their time.\n "Done" is checkable: you could hand a stranger the last three and say "like these".\n Inputs live in systems you can export from (ERP, spreadsheet, inbox, shared drive).\n One human already reviews it before it goes out (that person becomes the gate).\n There is one system it gets written back to when done.\n A late or wrong packet costs real money (chargebacks, missed ship, lost bid).\n You can share 1–3 redacted examples without legal review taking a month.\n The CEO or COO would sit in one 60-minute working call.\n You'd rather pay once for a running loop than add seats or a hire.
